Short, because the site does very little. It is a set of static pages. There is no account to create, no comment box and no newsletter.
Server logs. Our web server records ordinary request data: the page requested, the time, your browser's user-agent string and your IP address. It is kept so that the server can be run and abuse investigated, and it is deleted on a rolling basis.
Cookies. This site sets none of its own. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no social-network embed, which is also why you are not being asked to click through a consent banner.
Email. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply and so that a correction has a record. Nothing from it is passed to a bookmaker or to anyone else.
Links to bookmakers marked #ad take you to the operator's
own site. From the moment you arrive there you are on their platform, under
their privacy policy, and they will normally set a cookie or a tracking
parameter identifying that you arrived from us. That is how the commission
is attributed.
We do not receive your name, your email, your deposits or anything else that identifies you. What comes back to us from an operator is aggregate: a count of sign-ups and an amount owed.
Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure; correspondence, on the basis of answering the request you sent. We do not sell data and we do not profile visitors.
Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or object to its processing. Write to the address on the contact page. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
